SEASON TICKET ONLINE EXCHANGE
The Salem Avalanche once again are trying to work with our Season Ticket Holders to make things easy on each of you. So for those who are unable to make it to our Front Offices from 8:30-5pm, M-F (or two hours prior to game time) we are offering Online Ticket Exchange. Please click here for the directions on how to get your account all set-up and ready to go. This option will allow you to exchange all those unused tickets for the game of your choice. You can either leave the tickets in Will Call or print them off on your home/office printer so you can walk straight into the ballpark, no waiting in line! Then those unused Season Tickets can just be thrown away!
The option to have undated vouchers produced with “Compliments of xxxxxx” printed on them is still available. We are asking that you work with us and still make sure you try to exchange your tickets in advance prior to game time, as to help all fans in keeping our lines running smooth.
