2008 will be Scott Burton's third year as Director of Food and Beverage for the Avalanche.  Burton, a Nashville,TN native, moved to Virginia in January 2005 to become part of the Avalanche front office.  Prior to his move to baseball, Burton was Director of Food and Beverage for a water park in Nashville. 

Burton holds Sport Management degree with a minor in Business Management from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville.  An avid football fan, he loves his Tennessee Vols and always roots against Univ. of Alabama, Univ. of Florida, Univ. of Georgia and  Notre Dame.
